About this deal

This is my type of fan service; it adds to the story without turning it into something other than what it previously was. It felt so genuine, like looking into a real, breathing romance between two goofy best friends, and I adored it.

But something strange is afoot at Thorn Manor: the estate's wards, which are meant to keep their home safe, are acting up and forcibly trapping the Manor's occupants inside. Within these pages you will find magical secrets, temperamental grimoires, evil pajamas, a dancing lesson, and my favorite kissing scene I’ve ever written.Scrivener, I know this goes against your red-blooded warrior nature, but if you see anything pointy, please make an effort to resist. No one can come in or leave the manor, and things only seem to get worse when violent topiaries and deadly winds get thrown into the mix. He’s the source of many moments that had me smiling and even laughing, and my love for him has only grown through reading this. She felt, with a passion that tore at her, that she could make a real difference: that given the chance, she could find a way to protect both humans and books equally. And Nathaniel… I laughed so hard and so often throughout this short little book, because his wit absolutely shines here.

The couple must work together to get the magic under control before the Midwinter Ball, which they are hosting. If you loved the aesthetics in Sorcery , you'll be delighted by the hidden bedrooms full of memories, the cursed attic, the magical gardens, the abandoned ballroom.

When I die in pursuit of your favor, make sure the obituary mentions that it wasn’t for my lack of razor-sharp wit and keenly honed reflexes.

Much like Sorcery of Thorns reminded me of the power books wield, Mysteries of Thorn Manor reminded me of the love they carry, too. this was a super cozy and fun novella that i really recommend if you're missing the amazing characters from sorcery of thorns. seeing Nathaniel and Elisabeth really live together and experience their daily lives was the best thing ever. i think readers who are nostalgic for all the feelings ‘a sorcery of thorns’ gave and were wanting an extended epilogue will really enjoy this short story!I understand I can change my preference through my account settings or unsubscribe directly from any marketing communications at any time.

Trading Address (Warehouse) Unit E, Vulcan Business Complex, Vulcan Road, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE5 3EB. Since the book only came out a few weeks ago, I don't want to spoil anything for those who haven't read it yet. I'm a tremendous sucker for intimate found family moments, and we get plenty of those in this novella. Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for providing me with a free eARC in exchange for an honest review! Much like Sorcery of Thorns reminded me of the power books wield, Mysteries of Thorn Manor reminded me of the love they carry, too.

Smiling, she traced her fingers over the letters, feeling the indentations they had left on the paper. This story is perfect for anyone who would like to spend more time with Elisabeth, Nathaniel, and Silas, and see what their daily life is like without any life-threatening* plots looming overhead… though Nathaniel would argue that hosting the Midwinter Ball does, indeed, have the potential to be life-threatening, and is certainly a plot against him. For readers skeptical about in-between novellas, let me put your mind at ease: if you loved Sorcery , you need Mysteries in your life. and how much she cares for Silas and Mercy, unfazed by the fact that he is a literal demon and she is a servant girl that most would never look at twice.
