Not only will milk yield a richer, tastier hot chocolate, but it’s also the only way to dissolve the melted chocolate coating around the powder. After making our Hot Fudge Chocolate Bombs, I realized I needed to add a boozy chocolate bomb to the mix! Heat the small plate in the microwave for 2 minutes (will be hot, use a hotpad to remove from microwave).
