I smelled Amouage Honour (I am pretty sure its this one) recently and it smells so much like Burberry weekend, I am surpised no one mentioned this! I just had high expectations because of the feedback from other people but maybe the old formulation was better.

If it is a mom perfume, so be it, I am a mom after all, but to me it just smells timeless and is an easy blind reach when temps rise above about 15 C. To me it has become a favorite aunt, a sweet friend, a secret spot in the forest where I love to play. She confessed to having "stolen" her sister's signature scent and grinned from ear to ear when I told her I couldn't imagine it smelling better on anyone but her. I've forgotten the foreign feeling that was drowning me, I've never felt more warmed and at ease when my mom walked with me on stage.The perfume is good, but the packaging inside is torn during transportation and, with sharp manipulations, tears off the cardboard on which it stands.

The drydown is actually quite pleasant and this fragrance is truly nuclear and long lasting so overspray at your peril. I think strong, heady florals like hyacinth and rose hip lean that way, but it's all in the composition, people! Hyacinth strikes strongly here with its spiciness and freshness and gives the fragrance an old-fashioned feel.Top Notes: The fragrance opens with sweet and zesty tangerine, along with red cyclamen and blue hyacinth. It lasts from morning ‘til night and will project as much as you want it to (I split one spray between each wrist). I really like this fragrance, but in the most recent wear, I did notice a high top note thst i don't like at all. This is a nice just-out-of-the-shower fragrance for me, or perhaps an office safe scent for spring and summer days. That being said, even layered with the matching lotion im only getting about 4 hours longevity with it.I agree that this is a happy sunny fragrance, reminiscent of the smell of fresh laundry hanging out in the midday sun.
