I’ve been doing more cold-weather camping recently and two adult winter sleeping bags won’t fit in the Cloud Up 2. I spend a lot of time looking at lightweight 3p tents and couldn’t find anything else that I liked and was affordable. So, I ended up getting the Cloud Up 3p too.
The FlyCreek UL2 claims to weigh just 1lb 15oz, but this is without the stakes and a ground sheet. The ground sheet (aka footprint) that they recommend costs nearly half as much as the Naturehike CloudUp 2 and weighs 5oz. That brings the total weight of the 2.9lbs.

Based around the Big Agnes UL range, these are some pretty awesome bits of lightweight gear. Good for campers up to about 6'2 sleeping stretched out, all are about accurate when it comes to working off ultralight tent scales - a 1 person tent is a 1 person tent, a 2 person is a couples or good friends tent or someone who likes their space, and a 3 person is a cosy 3 person or a spacious 2 person tent. Okay hiking enthusiasts, you know an excellent tent can inspire you to take to the wild and spend some time with nature. The best hiking tents are unique and lovely; most hikers flavor double-skin three-season tents of various capacities to suit their hiking needs. Such is the case with the Naturehike Cloud series of tents. I have a Cloud-Up 2. The condensation issues might exist in the snow skirt version, but I don't see why the standard version would be any worse than most other tents. Plenty of room for one person, a dog, and a huge amount of kit. A mansion for 1, a dungeon for 2. If most of the time it's only you it's a valid option. SEASONS with 1 TENT— It has double layers that can be used for many ways of camping: inner and outer tent superpose together as a waterproof and windproof tent can be used in rainy snowy weather winter; only use inner layer alone as a ventilated tent in spring summer autumn. Perfect for hiking climbing in spring summer autumn winter, will keep you warm and dry even in the strongest wind, most heavy rain, hottest sun burn, or the coldest snow. This is an ANY-TIME ANY-PLACE TENT.
Cope with changeable weather: Made of lightweight and wearable 20D nylon silicone material (210T polyester plaid fabric material) as well as waterproof coating and waterproof about 4000+ (210T polyester plaid fabric can reach 3000 +), making it good enough to meet your rain-proof need while camping. Scoped out as a 2 to 3 person tent, realistically this is a nice 2 man. The big winner here is the outdoorsy type who doesn't mind camping and hiking on those rainy days. The Hiby is an external pitch, free standing tent, meaning it can be put up from the outside without traipsing rain and mud into the tent and can self support (no ties, guys) though that's not it's ideal setup. Because of it's cross pole and collar design, it's extremely tough, has a nice high ceiling and with a 4000mm hydrostatic head on the silnylon version, will put up with all weather pretty damn well! Read More >> It’s now been over 5 years since I bought the Naturehike Cloud Up 2. It’s been on a lot of adventures with me. 🙂 Even after all of this use (and some abuse!), the Cloud Up 2 is holding up well. The zippers haven’t broken, it isn’t leaking (and I haven’t resealed the seams) and the poles are fine. Note: The Cloud Up 2 will not fit two adult winter sleeping bags! Take a look at the picture below. My winter bag is so poofy that it takes up almost the entire width of the tent.
If you're looking for a big, bad tent for a basecamp setup, chasing a mini marquee for the rugby or polo club, or looking for a family shelter for those long weekends at the beach with the boys - you can't go too far wrong with the Twin Peak.
Cloud Up 2 vs. Cloud Up 3
Windows for Good Ventilation— Upgrade Version of Cloud-Up 3, additional 2 ventilation windows, prevent condensation water from building up. Cloud Up 3p has a crossbar on top. This gives you a LOT more interior space because the walls don’t droop as much. You also get much more headroom. The materials used to make the FlyCreek tent are definitely of a better quality than those of the CloudUp 2. However, according to what people are saying online, the difference is really negligible (again, I personally haven’t tried out the FlyCreek). We've had a few people reach out to us over social media in the last couple of weeks trying to find the right tent - they like NatureHike, they like All Four and they just wanted a nice, neat breakdown of what's what.

WATERPROOF & WINDPROOF - with silicone taped seams and a waterproof rating of 3000MM, these tents are the pinnacle of Polyurethane coated Polyester greatness! Out of the 3 tents, this one is I think the nices. It has a dome shape, with 2 large vestibules and D-shaped entrances.
